Our Guarantee

We guarantee that your parrot will arrive to you alive and in good condition and free of any preexisting diseases and defects. If a loss occurs in transit with the airline, you must file a claim with the airline at that time. Please return the parrot's closed band to us along with a copy of the airline claim that was filed.

We suggest that you take your new parrot to a licensed avian veterinarian of your choice within 3 business days of receipt for a general health check. We guarantee that your parrot is free of congenital and/or hereditary deformities or diseases, and bacterial, fungal or viral ailments that were determined by a licensed avian veterinarian to be pre-existing. If a problem arises, we must have all reports and findings forwarded to our veterinarian for review. We have no artificial time limit on our guarantee. However, any negligence on the part of the owner, not limited to:

Not providing proper diet, caging, exercise, psychological stimulation, proper training, or failure to seek prompt medical care and testing by a licensed avian veterinarian makes our guarantee null and void.
